Excavations
On Monday 2 March the excavations for the house began and the diggers arrived in style. Tons of clay and soil have been dug out and moved around the plot and the shape on which the house will stand has started to take shape. We have resisted the temptation to hijack the diggers and have a go ourselves! Friday brought torrential rain and the excavations had to stop, but with good weather forecast for the coming week it will be all systems go again tomorrow.

Wow Lynn this looks incredible! (Mum's forgotten her blogger account so this is mine!) I want a go on the diggers too...in fact we all do! The house plan looks amazing, i hope there is a separate annex for niece to come and stay...you can be in the annex...ill go in the house, that ok? I think the rest of the Good Life crew might be in tow with me, so it will be a sqeeze in the annex especially if Rolo gets his passport. Speak soon and love you millions!
